Membership Database - CRM

The foundation of our software is a powerful database called a CRM or Contact Relationship Management system.  This allows you to track all contacts in your organization:  people, households, and organizations and all of the relationships between them.

Easily catorize people in multiple ways, including "Smart Groups" which are dynamic groupings of contacts. Some examples: Everyone over 50 who is also retired.     Everyone who has volunteered in the last 6 months and also donated more than $500.

There are powerful search and reporting tools, where you can build your own custom searches/reports as well.

Actionable Information

All seraches are actionable, meaning they can be used to trigger a mass mailing, showing the results on a map,  scheduling an activity, or registering them for a program or event, or many other actions.

For example: Pull up all the children in the 7th and 8th grades, then register them as volunteers for a carnival.

Or pull up anyone who has volunteered in the last 6 months, and send a special invitation to a volunteer recognition dinner.

Easy to import or export information to Excel

Exporting any information from a report is just one click!   Exporting from any search results, including any field in the system is just 2 clicks away.

Powerful tracking and assignment tools for interactions

You can record the details of any interaction as a type of Activity, where you customize the types of activities used by your organization.  This allows you to see at a glance the last time someone was called, or invovled in a metting.   You can also assign activities to others, and the system will notify them of the assignment, including date and time.

Define Custom Fields

You can create custom fields for back-office use only, or for use when you design fill-out forms for other people to fill out. Its like having the flexibility of a personal database tool like Access, compined with the power of an enterprise-class database.   These fields are treated as first-class: You can use them the same way you you any predefined fields: such as using them in a mail-merge, within a report, or on a fill-out form.
